Drs. Bindra, Yang, Turner, and staff make up the Children's Medical Group of Orange County, a practice dedicated to caring for children in our community in a professional, yet personal manner. We strive to provide the finest and most up-to-date pediatric care available in Orange County.

THE PRACTICE
Dr Bindra
Dr. Bindra was born and raised in Northern California. He received his degree in Biochemistry from U.C. Davis where he graduated with highest honors and earned membership in the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. He was a 1994 graduate of the UC Davis School of Medicine and completed his residency training at Children's Hospital of Orange County. He was originally board certified in 1997. He was a regular lecturer for the CHOC residency program and served as a member of the organizing committee for the Orange County American Lung Association's annual asthma camp for several years. He lives with his wife and three children in the Anaheim Hills area and enjoys exercising, listening to pop music, and performing magic for patients.
Tecoa Turner, DO
Dr. Tecoa Turner is a board-certified general pediatrician with 20+ years of experience. She was born and raised on Long Island, New York. Dr. Turner was the Valedictorian of her high school graduating class and attended the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where she graduated with Honors. She then attended the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her pediatric training at the University Hospital at Stony Brook where she was selected to serve as Chief Resident. Dr. Turner is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She is currently licensed in New York, Texas, and California. She enjoys community outreach, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband, two daughters, and son.
Kirtine Yang, MD
Dr. Yang received her BA in Psychology with a focus in Child Development at Stanford University, graduating with honors. She then spent a year overseas in Japan teaching at a large medical center. She returned to Stanford University to attend medical school and received her MD in 2002. Upon completing her pediatrics residency training at UNC-Chapel Hill, she was certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Yang has been practicing pediatrics since 2005 and has been at Children's Medical Group since 2010. She lives with her husband and two children in Yorba Linda. Her hobbies include travel, tennis, reading, and enjoying ethnic foods and cultures.
Elsa Aguilar-Arbues, MD
Dr. Aguilar has retired after more than 30 years of practice. She worked at Children's Medical Group from the early '90s until her retirement in December 2020. She affected many lives in a positive manner and we thank her for her commitment to her profession, her patients, and their families. She is currently enjoying retirement with her family and grandchildren.
