Farewell
Dr. Bindra is retiring after almost 30 years in practice, with 25 of those years at Children's Medical Group. As a result, the practice will be closing. Our last day of normal business will be 3/31/26. It has been an honor to care for all of our wonderful families in Orange County and beyond. We are deeply grateful for your loyalty to our practice over the years.

Your ongoing medical care is important. We encourage you to establish care with another pediatric office as soon as possible. If you need assistance with finding a new doctor, your health insurance plan or the Orange County chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics may be helpful resources.

Your medical records will be securely maintained for the period required by California law. You may request a copy of your records or have them transferred to another provider at any time. To do so, you must sign the authorization form provided by our office or a form from your new provider (see below for information about medical records.)
If you need a final visit or prescription refill before the office closes, please contact the office as soon as possible.

Dr Bindra
Dr. Bindra was born and raised in Northern California. He received his degree in Biochemistry from U.C. Davis where he graduated with highest honors and earned membership in the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. He was a 1994 graduate of the UC Davis School of Medicine and completed his residency training at Children's Hospital of Orange County. He was originally board certified in 1997. He was a regular lecturer for the CHOC residency program and served as a member of the organizing committee for the Orange County American Lung Association's annual asthma camp for several years. He lives with his wife and three children in the Anaheim Hills area and enjoys exercising, listening to pop music, and performing magic for patients.
Tecoa Turner, DO
Dr. Tecoa Turner is a board-certified general pediatrician with 20+ years of experience. She was born and raised on Long Island, New York. Dr. Turner was the Valedictorian of her high school graduating class and attended the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where she graduated with Honors. She then attended the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her pediatric training at the University Hospital at Stony Brook where she was selected to serve as Chief Resident. Dr. Turner is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She is currently licensed in New York, Texas, and California. She enjoys community outreach, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband, two daughters, and son.
Elsa Aguilar-Arbues, MD
Dr. Aguilar has retired after more than 30 years of practice. She worked at Children's Medical Group from the early '90s until her retirement in December 2020. She affected many lives in a positive manner and we thank her for her commitment to her profession, her patients, and their families. She is currently enjoying retirement with her family and grandchildren.
