All appointments can be made by calling our office at (714) 282-2229 during our regular office hours:

Well Baby Visits

Our doctors are on staff at St. Joseph's Hospital in Orange and will visit you and your newborn at the hospital.

We recommend your child visits our office for a well baby exam at 2 weeks old, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 15 months, 18 months, and 24 months in order for your child to get on the appropriate vaccination schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Center for Disease Control.

Routine Physicals

Well child visits, or routine physicals, for children 3 years and older should be scheduled annually. Please prepare to schedule your appointment at least 4-6 weeks in advance. Availability of well child visits are limited during flu season (November through February).

Every child must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the first office visit, or until they reach 16 years of age. Parents must also be present for physicals and for complex medical problems. For subsequent visits, a letter authorizing treatment and accepting financial responsibility will suffice.

Sick Visits

Every attempt will be made to see a sick child within a few hours of the time you call.

Please call as early in the day as possible to ensure an appointment. Our phone lines open at 8:30 AM, Monday through Friday.

New Patients

We are currently taking new patients. Please call our office at (714) 282-2229 to schedule either a routine physical or same day sick visit. For referrals or ADD/ADHD appointments, please schedule a routine physical or same day office visit first, and notify the receptionist you would like information on referrals and ADD/ADHD. For more information of ADD/ADHD evaluations, please visit the ADD/ADHD page.

Waiting Rooms

A "sick waiting room", "well waiting room," and an "isolation room" are provided for your health and comfort. The "sick waiting room" is to be used by any child with a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, cold symptoms, or a cough. The "well waiting room" is for healthy children only. This includes routine physicals, rechecks, and injuries. Children with rashes other than diaper rash or eczema should notify the receptionist. They will be directed to the "isolation room."

Unauthorized visits to specialists are usually not covered by insurance. Please call your insurance to verify.
